All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship orders using reliable shipping carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Typical delivery times within the United States:

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Vive Naturals is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or lost in transit:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  3. Contact us for assistance

While we will do our best to help resolve shipping issues, Vive Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


8. International Shipping

At this time, Vive Naturals primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, additional duties, customs fees, or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and product

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
