1. Food Safety Policy

Because our products are consumable food items, we generally do not accept returns for opened products to maintain food safety and quality standards.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.

  • A missing item
  • A product that appears defective

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
